Take the build for your Mac from the download page — Apple silicon and Intel are separate disk images — and drag MoPilot into Applications. The installer is all there is; nothing downloads on first run.
The build is code-signed with a real Developer ID certificate and notarized, so macOS still shows one download confirmation — click Open. After that it launches like anything else.
