The material list, and what it takes

A call takes up to six documents — a résumé, a product one-pager, the posting, lecture notes, the letter you are bringing to an appointment, whatever the occasion calls for — and none of them plays a named role. They take .md, .txt, .docx and .pdf, dropped on the window or chosen from a dialog. Pasting opens a free-text box for a note about the call instead, a separate field from the document list, and fetching one from a link is not wired to anything yet.
You set them from the agenda (“Coming up”) or a call’s own “Add material”, and they belong to the call you are about to have. A new call inherits how the last one was set up, and none of what was said in it.
