What MoPilot hides from — and what it does not

Invisible means macOS leaves the MoPilot window out of any capture it knows about. That covers the three things people ask about most: a screen share in a meeting app, a recording made by that app, and a screenshot.
What it hides from
- Screen sharing in Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and FaceTime
- Cloud and local recordings made by those apps
- Screenshots and screen recordings, ⇧⌘3 through ⇧⌘5
- The Dock and the menu bar, while Invisible is on
- No bot joins the call, and no extension is added to your meeting app
What it does not hide from
- A phone pointed at your screen. Nothing running on the Mac can help there.
- An external capture card or a second machine recording the video output.
- Someone sitting next to you.
- A few recent screen recorders on macOS. We would rather say that than promise invisibility.
Shortcuts, and where focus goes
Every shortcut is registered with the OS, so it fires with the meeting app in front — no window comes forward, no focus is taken.
Check it in ten seconds
Start a call with yourself, share your screen, and look at the preview the meeting app shows you. If the workbench is missing from that preview, it is missing from everyone else’s too.
