Sharing a call
One link carries the write-up and the note you typed. The transcript does not go with it.
Sharing produces a single link to a read-only page. What travels is the write-up and whatever you typed yourself — and that is the whole list. The transcript stays where it is, because a link you paste into a channel is a link that outlives the reason you sent it, and the transcript is the part of a call that names people who did not agree to be quoted.
- The write-up and your own note, and nothing else
- Read-only for whoever opens it — there is no account to make
- One link per call, so revoking is one thing rather than a search
Where it stops
- The transcript never goes with the link
- Nor do the materials you supplied, or the screenshots you asked about
- A recipient cannot edit what they were sent
