Notes and the debrief

The write-up assembles itself under the headings the occasion uses, beside whatever you typed yourself — which it never edits.

Every call leaves a note. It is not a transcript dump: the occasion you picked decides the three headings it is built under, so an interview and a client call do not come back in the same shape. Decisions, commitments, still open — or whichever three that occasion uses.

Your own typing sits beside it, in its own column, and nothing the app writes ever touches it. That separation is the point of having both: a generated summary you have edited is a document you can no longer tell apart from one you wrote, and the note you took during the call is the one you will trust in a month.

  • Headings that follow the occasion rather than one fixed template
  • Your typed note kept separate, and never rewritten
  • The measured duration of the call, from capture rather than from when the window opened
  • Written on every plan — the debrief is not metered

Where it stops

  • Translations never enter the note; a gloss is not something that was said
  • It summarises the call it was on, not a series of calls
  • It does not sync to a CRM or a task tracker

Have it on the next call.
